Sheltered Employment Program
The Sheltered Employment Program provides employment and training services to individuals
that require special training in an environment that is less stressful or demanding than
community-based employment. The following services are provided by this program:
- Pre-Vocational Habilitation - Training that reinforces learning of skills
that support employment - attendance, following orders, safety procedures, etc. -
but not necessarily skills specific to any given type of work.
- Sheltered Work - Training of specific work skills that provides an individual
with employment experience and payment.

Community Employment Program
The Community Employment Program provides employment services to individuals
that desire it, but may not be able to acquire it on their own. The following
services are provided by this program:
- Job Development - Our job development team will seek out
positions that suit job seekers. If no positions are available, they attempt to create
a position that is a perfect match for each individual.
- Supported Employment - Once an employment opportunity has been identified,
our professional job coaches will provide on-going training, support and advocacy to enable each individual
to maintain employment.
