Putnam County Comprehensive Services provides 24 hour support, 7 days a week!
PCCS is a not-for-profit, community based agency responsible for providing a comprehensive network of services to persons with disabilities since 1992.
Our community living program serves individuals of all ages, providing respite; res. hab. supports community habilitation and supported living. We serve individuals in their homes as well as in the community. We can provide up to 24 hours a day of support. We currently provide services in 26 counties.
Funding may be from Medicaid waiver for DD, Autism, A&D, and TBI; we also do services through Choice and state line item services.
Supports may include, but are not limited to:
- Activities of daily living
- Budget and money management
- Instruction in planning and preparation of nutritious meals
- Basic home care and maintenance (adult daily living skills)
- Assistance with personal care needs
- Health and safety
- Transportation
- Community based activities
